We are Chartered Certified Accountants based near Mold, in Flintshire, North Wales.

The Practice C.I.D Ridgway and Company was founded by Carl Ridgway in June 1980. Carl's previous background was within professional practice in both Birmingham and Cardiff and then later as Company Secretary and Chief Accountant of an International Merchant Bank.

C.I.D Ridgway and Company practised from offices in both Liverpool and Mold for more than 15 years. In addition to his involvement with the practice, Carl undertook Tax enquiry work for other accountancy practices, insurance loss of profits claims and forensic investigations. He also provided advice to registered Charities.

In June 2010, C.I D Ridgway and Company changed it's name to Ridgway and Company. At which time it amalgamated with C.P.R and the Partnership between Christian Ridgway and Carl Ridgway was formed. The Partners have a combined 70 years experience in the profession.
